Whether for political coalitions, collective bargaining agreements or relationships – teamwork and negotiating skills are key.

It’s often a division of labor and the combination of individual strengths, which allow us to realize goals. Sometimes, parties have different motives, but what’s important for success is group cohesion. This can be based on mutual respect and trust or on power relations. Idealism, realism and negotiation skills can blur the lines between agreeing, convincing, persuading, outvoting or outwitting. Sometimes sharing success is more fun then experiencing it alone. We think these photos do a good job of illustrating teamwork and negotiation… well they sure convinced us!
