BabelMode is the future. It maintains your preferred Language setting for all Photocase content and correspondence, but shows all user generated content in all languages. So if you prefer English and turn BabelMode on, you'll see the site in English but you'll also see comments and threads in other languages. If BabelMode is switched off, you will see the site in English but not see any user-generated content in any other languages.
To turn BabelMode on (or off), simply go to your Edit Preferences page, and check (or uncheck) the box next to "BabelMode - Show comments and forum postings from other languages."
