Paying by invoice offers you a fast easy way to acquire download credits without going through a third-party payment provider.
Who?
Orders by Invoice can only be accepted by companies, associations, organizations or freelancers from Germany or countries in the European Union.
How?
In the Shop, just choose the download credit package that best suits your needs, and then click on "Invoice Order" as your method of payment. Once you click "Send" the download credits will appear on your account, and you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice attached. Invoices are to be paid within 14 days. If it's your first time paying by invoice, please see "The First Time" below.
The First Time
First time orders require an order form to be submitted by fax. This is to confirm your payment details and billing address. First, download the completed order form. This form must be signed and/or have your company stamp and then sent to us by fax. After a quick confirmation (usually 10 minutes from when you sent your fax) we will credit your account with the purchase. Once we have received your payment, we will authorize your account so that future invoice payments do not require a written order form to be submitted.
Changing your Billing Address
If your billing address should change, you will have to reconfirm your new address by sending us a fax with your next order. To do so, simply go to the shop as usual, and after you choose the package you want, fill in your new address on the "Your Contact Info". Once payment is received for the order placed from your new address, your account will once again be approved for invoice payments.
