What happened to the download credits I bought? They're gone but I didn't use them!

This generally applies only to Invoice Orders. In all likelihood this is because we have yet to receive your payment for those credits. You have 14 days from the date of order to pay your bill. If we don't receive payment within that time, we will lock your credits until the payment has been received. Please check your My Receipts to ensure you don't have any outstanding payments.
