Report copyright violation

Did you see a photo on Photocase that you're sure shouldn't be there? Are you the photographer and/or do you know - or know of - the rightful owner of the work?

Photocase has a duty to prevent and protect against any infringement of copyright. Please consider that the Uploader, and not Photocase, is responsible for uploaded photos. Before a user can publish a photo on Photocase, they must confirm twice - once at the time of upload, and once during the finalization process - that they hold the copyright for the uploaded file and are authorized to publish it. Copyright holders must therefore turn to the Uploader of the file for any further measures beyond the initial removal of the photo from the Photocase database.

You can request removal of the photo by using our Contact Form or info@photocase.com.Please send us a link to the photo in question and a short why it's presence on Photocase constitutes copyright infringement.

We will treat any such messages as top priority.
